Crib Civil provides product and services to the highest quality, environment and health & safety standard whilst continually involving the local community / ies for their contribution and option to ensure the final product is appreciated by all involved. Crib Civil will liaise with local communities before and during construction on environment, public safety and environmental health, quality and with minimal impact and any possible disruptions to normal daily tasks to ensure confidence and pleased with final content.

Crib Civil continually monitors and engages the public and community to during works to ensure public and community satisfaction throughout works that may impact on community members.

Early Contractor Involvement

Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) is a form of contracting structure that allows the project sponsor to be involved at an early stage of concept, design, cost and risk, allowing greater certainty on price and risk outcomes for the project. ECI contracts have a strong emphasis on establishing mutual trust, good-faith, fairness and cooperation which Crib Civil pride ourselves on this involvement. We appreciate this relationship and understand the particular use in the current strong construction market where there is an oversupply of projects leading to less competitive bid processes and adverse outcomes for project sponsors.
